Reputation Club of Ukraine is a group of companies whose vocation is to work closely and effectively, learning from each other and developing joint projects that can create value through the management of intangibles for the Club members, their stakeholders and society in whole.
RCU both extends its activity, projects and initiatives to the whole territory of Ukraine and participates in international projects as well.
Mission – to join the leading Ukrainian companies for the purpose of formation of trust to the corporate business and raising the reputation of Ukraine.
Goals:
• To provide the deeper understanding of the state of reputation of Club members, branches and country for making effective decisions and realization of business goals of Club members;
• Initiation and support of communication and social programs aimed at raising corporate reputation of Club members and investment attractiveness of Ukraine;
• Creation of a unique for Ukraine analytical data-base of reputation research studies;
• Development of recommendations for national and international investors on the objective reputation of companies, branches, individuals and the Ukrainian regions;
• Sharing experience with Club members.
Objectives:
• Creation of national standards and dissemination of knowledge about corporate reputation;
• Assistance in strengthening the reputation of Club members;
• Definition of indicators and development system for measuring corporate reputation;
• Information methodological support for Club members in reputation management;
• Assistance in training employees of Club members;
• Assistance in establishing relations between RCU and other specialized organizations.

International experience
Reputation Clubs have been particularly active in Brazil, Denmark, South Africa, and Spain. An example of a collective project is the Foro de Reputación Corporativa (fRC) – the Corporate Reputation Forum in Spain. The association showed the desire of 11 member companies of the fRC to aim their efforts at the development of new reputation measurement and management methods, as well as promoting knowledge of intangible assets management. One of the most important areas of activities of fRC is the support of international social programs.
