About the event
Since 1996 Reputation Institute’s annual conference on corporate reputation management brings together both leading experts in the sphere of reputation management and representatives of the most respected companies around the world as well.
Ukrainian companies have the possibility to take part in the famous forum for the forth year on end.
In 2011 the Conference Theme is: Navigating the Reputation Economy.
Welcome to the Reputation Economy — a world in which perceptions are reality, in which reputation dynamics drive value creation and value destruction. To succeed in this environment, organizations must learn to navigate the complex web of relationships they inhabit and recognize the growing importance that stakeholder perceptions have on a company's prospects for long-term growth.
Program
Drawing on its expertise as the foremost international organization devoted to advancing knowledge about corporate reputations, Reputation Institute and an extensive line-up of thought leaders and practitioners from the corporate and academic worlds will provide executives with insights into what the Reputation Economy will look like and help them build strategies to succeed in a transformed global playing field and gain ground against competitors through:
• Strategy—building more effective reputation, corporate brand and corporate communications strategies
• Employee Alignment—aligning employees with the CEO's business strategy
• Corporate Responsibility—applying cutting-edge thinking to integrate responsibility strategy
• Ethics and Governance—driving change organization-wide and dealing with government intervention
• Shareholder Value—developing ways to engage investors beyond quarterly earnings
Attending this conference will enable you to:
• Learn about best practices from the acknowledged global thought-leaders in reputation management
• Develop skills and insights to take back to your organization for immediate application
• Embed a reputation checklist into business strategy
• Engage a cross-functional conversation on the impact of reputation on business results
• Demonstrate how all employees and functions can effectively align to drive corporate strategy and build reputation
